We often hear about free radicals or toxins, and think there are maybe just a few of each that are all fought off at once if something is an anti-inflammatory or antioxidant.

The truth is there are thousands of different types of toxins, free radicals, and oxidizing agents!

Moreover, there are hundreds of steps in the inflammatory process.

If you know anything about supplements, you know turmeric is THE spice of choice to fight unhealthy inflammation and oxidative stress.*
